Interface with Hydraulic tightening vice cylinder system
Vice system : The vice group with hydraulic tightening completely open and close pattern plate at the request strokes by mean of two pieces of transporting group sylinders. Main migration (tightening) is achieved by 4 pieces of cylinders with short stroke. Vice tightening position is ensured by hydraulic locking at the requested pressure value on the monostat and the operation with minimum values in terms of power saving is realized. Pattern adjustement is carried out by dictor driving system. on the other hand, there is a vice system with hydraulic adjustement is also available.

Hydraulic system
Our machines is equipped with Rexroth components having ISO 9002 quality certificate as well as CE certificate. Hydraulic engine is one with Italian SAI radial piston. Because of the large cross-section area, Rexroth components ensure our machine to operate in silent manner without being subject to hydraulic shocks (in valt transitions); so you feel the easy operation of the machine thanks to the powerful pump and hydromotor.

Control system
In our company, Siemens and Telemechanique brand products are used as electrical asembly on our machines with PLC controlled or modular control system as well as contactor system. Display with micro-processing control unit is in English and it is also possible to write German when required.

Oven Heating system
Inside of the furnace is covered completely with uncondensed and grinded 60 Rockwell hardness SPK Bush. Screw is also crinded with 52 Rockwell hardness.
Uncondensed and grinded with 60 Rockwell in all length. Our oven having bush ensure usage of long duration and as a support the requested thermic values in the sufficient area by means of local heating is achieved by sensitive and again durable ceramic resistance heater. All our machines feature nozzle resistance.
